Vicky is a Nutrition and Marketing Consultant, based in the Midlands but who works across the UK. As a Marketing Consultant, Vicky works strategically with businesses involved in health and nutrition, and is a freelance health writer for print and websites as well. Vicky also works as a Consultant Nutritionist for several on-line health and nutrition companies.

As The Food Consultant, Vicky can be heard on BBC Radio Nottingham discussing topical nutrition issues. She is passionate about the powerful effect that food can have on health and well-being and is keen to share her knowledge with others. Vicky is qualified with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine and a BSc in Biology. Memberships include: The British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT): Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC); and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Prior to retraining as a Nutritional Therapist, Vicky worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Boots Plc Head Office, where she obtained extensive experience within the health, food and beauty markets.
