Seminar Times: Event sign-in 8:00am. This seminar starts promptly at 8:30am and ends at 4:00pm.

Cancellation and Substitutions: You may substitute an attendee up to the date of the event (please call and advise
us of the substitution). If you are unable to attend this seminar you may cancel up to 15 business days before the
training and may either transfer to another seminar or, request a credit voucher. The voucher is good for a future seminar 
date of equal or lesser value and must be used within one year of the date of issue.

Please note if you do not cancel within 15 business days of the seminar and you do not attend, you are still
responsible for payment and not eligible for a credit voucher.
